Which area its free pick up and delivery?
Toronto , Scarborough , East York , North York, Richmond Hill, Etobicoke , Pickering , Markham , Thornhill , Stouffville , Unionville , Ajax.
How big are our rentable moving boxes?
Our boxes are 23.62”L x15.37”H x15.74”W and have a volume of 67 litre.
What happens if a moving box is lost or damaged?
If boxes are damaged, you will receive a charge on your payment card as per our terms and conditions.
Can I keep my moving boxes for longer if I need to?
Yes. In order to keep your boxes for longer than your specified time, e-mail us at rentbox@karoutmoving.ca with your order number in the subject line and our team will get back to you.
Do I need to be home during the delivery and pickup of my boxes?
have 2 option:
1-Yes. Upon delivery, we will need to ensure that you have received your specified order. Upon pickup, we need you to be present while we count and inspect your boxes.
2- our time can upon pickup or delivery put boxes or take from front of your door (if you live in housse or basement) or from security (if you live in condo).
NOTE : option number 2 at your responsability .
Which area its surcharge fee for pickup and delivery and how much?

How I can calculate surcharge fee if applicable (example)?
*From Toronto to Mississauga
Toronto (free) + Mississauga (20$) = 20$ fee
* From Mississauga to Mississauga
Mississauga (20$) + Mississauga (20$) = 40$ fee
*From Toronto to Scarborough
Toronto (free) + Scarborough (free) = free
What is I want to place an order larger than the package advertised?
You can place a custom order through our chat function or you can reach out directly to rentbox@karoutmoving.ca with a description of your move. One of our team members will reach out to finalize your order.
Can I make changes to my order?
Yes. In order to make changes to your order, e-mail us at rentbox@karoutmoving.ca with your order number in the subject line and our team will get back to you.
What is Karout box's delivery and pick-up policy?
KaroutBox will deliver and pick up boxes from the ground level of your location unless an elevator is present. Due to safety restrictions, our team is not permitted to walk boxes up any flight of stairs.
