What is the delivery time process?

 Take between 2 hours and 72 hours.

What its the policies to return or exchange ?

 – For the mattress (3 days if its still on the cover note used)

– For the bed (7 days if still in original boxe)

NOTE : if you returne or exchange delivery charge well apply between 50 to 70 $.

What is the warranty policies?

For the bed 1 month exchange part warranty (free 1 month warranty) with receipt  when you buy online.

or you can buy  1 year exchange part warranty for 59.99$.
